Top athletes know that sports nutrition is very important for how they perform, but how many ordinary people learn about this important aspect of physical training?

Because you work out, right?

You may not be a professional athlete, but physical exertion will still take it’s toll on your body. The level of your recovery after training tells you many things about your preparedness to reach into a higher level of fitness. Your feeling of inadequacy is never a proof of your lacking in physical talent. It is a proof that your current sports nutrition does not providing you enough nutrients for harder regimen.

Eating the right kind of foods is obviously most important, but in advanced sports nutrition you also include certain kinds of supplements.
